Well, where do we begin? We are the original tandem drop zone in New Zealand, and have been skydiving over the beautiful Lake Taupo region since 1992. We have skydived over 180,000 tandem passengers!

Our Tandem Masters are second to none, with tens of thousands of jumps under their belts, you couldn’t be in safer hands. We are lucky enough to have some legendary skydivers in our team, our Tandem Master Brad has even had an MTV show made about him! TTS is also the only Qualmarked skydiving drop zone in Taupo, so the quality of our operation and your safety is assured. We have just recieved our Qualmark Enviro Award Silver, which we are very proud of!

We jump from two different heights, 12,000 feet (45 seconds freefall) and 15,000 feet (almost a full minute in freefall!) and we have seven different camera packages, so whether you are on a tight budget or you want to do it all, we have something to suit you.

TTS offers the most camera options in Taupo! The ever-popular Freefall camera style is taken by a separate skydiver who will fly around, above and below you, shake your hand and generally perform some crazy antics! We also have Handycam style, filmed from a camera on your Tandem Master’s wrist, capturing those hilarious facials and the whole duration of your skydive, including the canopy ride! In both of these styles we have DVD and photos available. We can also put your photos and videos onto our 8GB USBs if you prefer. Don't worry about choosing your camera style yet, we will explain everything once you arrive at our drop zone!

TTS is also the only company in Taupo who offers the famous exit photo, an awesome shot that captures the thrilling moment seconds before you fall from the plane! AND we put every video on YouTube overnight, so it’s there and ready for you to link to your Facebook or email to friends and family back home the very next day!
